The breadth of these opportunities can appeal to lots of different people, and they provide experience, credentials, and job opportunities.

In a similar vein https://www.internships.com/ provides a clear and simple guide to local internships. It caters to a broad variety of people and needs and can help get people started with summer internships and seasonal work, or set you on the right track to finding a long term opportunity.

Our local st. Charles County Missouri is also invested in preparing the youth for jobs and futures and giving them necessary skills. The Missouri Job Center of St. Charles County is officially sponsored by the U.S. department of labor and works to get people of all kinds certified and able to start careers locally in the St. Charles and greater St. Louis community.
